Author Topic: DetectMouseCollision does not check depth in the scene  (Read 4894 times)

If 2 or more object are just behind each other the DetectMouseCollision will return true for all object and not only the first (closest) object.
DetectMouseCollision will shoot a ray from to mouse pointer through the dept of the scene and will return every collision with an object.

To resolve this you need to use CollisionRayCheck channel.

With this channel you can control the length of the ray in to the scene.
And it has a building function to return you the closest object.
